GasfeesNow is a cryptocurrency exchange service. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We offer float rate exchanges where the final exchange rate is determined when your transaction receives the required number of blockchain confirmations.

2. Using the Service

To use GasfeesNow, you must:

• Be of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate wallet addresses for receiving cryptocurrency
• Understand that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible

When you create an exchange order, you agree to send the specified amount of cryptocurrency to the provided deposit address. Once we receive your transaction with the required blockchain confirmations, we will process the exchange and send the resulting cryptocurrency to your specified wallet address.

3. Exchange Rates and Fees

Our service uses float rates, meaning the final exchange rate is determined at the time your transaction receives the required number of confirmations. Market fluctuations may result in you receiving more or less cryptocurrency than initially quoted.

We charge a service fee of 0.5% plus network fees. These fees are included in the exchange rate displayed.

Rates and fees may change without prior notice due to market conditions.

4. Order Processing

Exchange orders are processed automatically once your transaction receives the required number of blockchain confirmations. The exchange rate is finalized within 10 minutes after confirmation.

If an order cannot be processed due to technical issues or violations of these terms, we reserve the right to:

• Refund the deposited amount (minus network fees)
• Process the order manually at the current market rate
• Hold the funds pending further verification

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GasfeesNow for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Any illegal activities
• Fraudulent transactions
• Transactions involving stolen funds
• Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws

6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

We reserve the right to verify the source of funds and request additional information if we suspect money laundering or other illegal activities. Suspicious transactions may be frozen pending investigation.

We comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

7. Liability and Warranties

GasfeesNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Specific exchange rates or execution times
• Protection against blockchain network issues

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring wallet addresses are correct
• Understanding cryptocurrency risks
• Complying with tax obligations in your jurisdiction

We are not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, network delays, incorrect wallet addresses provided by you, or other factors beyond our control.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about a transaction, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly.
